Please avoid sending sensitive medical, diagnostic, or other highly private information about a child through the website form. We can discuss the appropriate way to share information if we decide to work together.

Form handling

This site is hosted on Netlify. Contact form submissions are processed through the website hosting service and may be sent to me through its notification tools. I do not sell information submitted through the contact form.
