MY APPROACH

You know your child better than anyone else.

You are the expert when it comes to your child. My role is not to replace your instincts or tell you there is one right way to parent. It is to partner with you as we learn what will work best for your family.

We begin with curiosity, not judgment.

Through appreciative and reflective conversations, we explore who your child is, the strengths they bring, and what may be getting in their way.

We consider their unique temperament, learning style, experiences, and needs. Together, we look for possibilities that may not have been obvious in the middle of daily challenges.

Your strengths matter too.

Just as every child is different, so is every parent. We'll take time to recognize your strengths, preferences, values, and the ways you naturally connect with your child.

My goal is to help you build on what already works, while discovering new ways of responding when things feel difficult.

Finding the approach that fits your family.

With your child's best interests in mind, we'll bring their needs and strengths together with yours. We'll consider practical changes to communication, expectations, routines, and the way you respond to challenges.

Rather than follow a prescribed formula, we'll shape an approach you can practice, adapt, and truly make your own.

More understanding. A stronger connection.

My hope is that our work helps you feel more confident in your parenting, better able to understand your child, and more connected as a family.

Together, we work toward a home environment that is more fulfilling, supportive, and responsive to who each of you is.

THOUGHTFUL, INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT

Parenting support that fits your family.

From everyday parenting questions to ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, learning differences, anxiety, and complex family experiences, meaningful support begins with understanding the individual child and the family around them.

Our work is always grounded in who your child is, what your family values, and the kind of support that feels practical, respectful, and sustainable in real life.
